Our body care collection brings a gentle, sensory touch to your daily routine. The formulas, which are both gentle on the skin and a pleasure to apply, are suitable for all skin types. Cleansing, moisturizing, or exfoliating: each product serves a specific purpose and fits naturally into a wellness ritual.

The list of ingredients, also known as the INCI list, is printed on the product's box or packaging if sold without a box, in accordance with European regulations.

You can also view it on the product page of our website. However, as formulas may change, we recommend always referring to the list on the product itself, which is the definitive version.

All skincare products are fragranced.

Fragrance is at the heart of all our creations, whether for yourself or for the home.

The hand care products, fragranced gestures, and the Les Rituels de Soin skincare range all stand out for their sensory appeal and the fragrance they contain.

A few simple steps are all it takes to prolong the life of your products and preserve their quality. Small but essential, they maintain the product's effectiveness, texture, color, and fragrance over time:

- Wash your hands before dispensing and applying the product
- Carefully close bottles and jars after each use
- Store products away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations, in a cool, dry place

The shelf life varies depending on the product and its composition. We invite you to refer to the PAO (Period After Opening), indicated on each container by an open jar symbol followed by a number of months (e.g., 12M). This specifies how long the product can be kept after opening.

For any further information, our Customer Care team is at your disposal to guide you.

As a precaution, it is best not to use your skincare product if you notice an unusual change, such as in its texture, scent, or color.

Then check:

The PAO indicated on the container: the Period After Opening indicated by an open jar followed by a number of months (e.g., 12M)
The date of purchase
Whether the storage conditions have been met: kept away from heat, humidity, and light, with the product tightly closed

Please note regarding the Softening and comforting wash for the hands and the Nurturing cleansing gel: the color of the soap may change due to the natural nature of its ingredients. This affects neither its quality nor its use, only its appearance.

If in doubt, our Customer Care team is at your disposal to guide you.

We recommend first priming the pump by pressing it gently several times, without forcing it.

If it remains blocked, we invite you to contact our Customer Care team, who will be able to offer you a suitable solution.
