Diptyque is proud to offer all our teams a working environment that fosters shared values, team spirit and the desire to excel. It is with this in mind that the Maison is committed to raising awareness of the challenges of sustainable development.
Each department benefits from a CSR training programme tailored to its needs, focusing, for example, on sustainability communication, sustainable finance, environmentally friendly packaging design, or ethical procurement.
This approach requires the involvement and leadership of our executive committee. Every month, external experts are invited to share best practices and provide input for internal discussions.

Deeper understanding, more effective action
Raising awareness can also be a source of inspiration. That’s why Diptyque hosts Fresque du Climat climate change workshops – fun and accessible learning modules that enable every participant to grasp the key climate change issues and learn from them collectively. In 2023, 280 people, including many from our international subsidiaries, attended this group workshop on a single site.
The programme is now an integral part of Diptyque’s CSR strategy, following the formation of an internal team responsible for sharing the experience with new employees during dedicated sessions.
